To participate in the Festival it is necessary to register on the Filmfreeway portal platform at www.filmfreeway.com. If, on the other hand, you have already registered on the Filmfreeway portal, just go to the page https://filmfreeway.com/SEAitaly where you will find all the info on participation in our Festival, the rules and, on the right of the page, the green button to register your film (“submit now”). By clicking this button you can continue with the subscription through simple and brief step-by-step instructions. As for the participation deadlines, you will find a box with a list of our deadlines immediately below the “submit button”, always on the right of this page.
Per partecipare al Festival è necessario iscriversi alla piattaforma del portale Filmfreeway su www.filmfreeway.com. Se invece si è già iscritti al portale Filmfreeway basta andare alla pagina https://filmfreeway.com/SEAitaly dove troverete tutte le info sulla partecipazione al nostro Festival, il regolamento e, sulla destra della pagina, il bottone verde per iscrivere il proprio filmato (“submit now”). Cliccando questo bottone potete proseguire con la sottoscrizione mediante semplici e brevi indicazioni step by step. Per quanto riguarda le deadlines di partecipazione troverete un box con l’elenco delle nostre deadlines subito al di sotto del “submit button”, sempre sulla destra di questa pagina.
All videos submitted to our Festival through this procedure will be viewed and judged by our jury. The videos, which can be made with any technique, must have a maximum duration of 10 minutes, the central theme must be the sea and the author must choose one of the three categories of participation (marine environment, maritime professions, history and literature) . Video shorts, short documentaries, animation videos, music videos are accepted.
From 29 April 2024 the films that will be finalists will be invited to the final awards ceremony of the Festival which will be held in La Spezia on 25 May 2024 c/o the Mediateca Regionale Ligure “Sergio Fregoso”, where the finalist films will be screened for each category and a winner will be announced for each category of participation. Among these, an absolute winner of the Festival will be proclaimed. Furthermore, this year two special mentions will also be awarded reserved for the best film with a social theme and the best film that talks about the Province of La Spezia.
Tutti i video sottoscritti al nostro Festival mediante questa procedura verranno visionati e giudicati dalla nostra giuria. I video, che possono essere realizzati con qualsiasi tecnica, devono avere una durata massima di 10 minuti, il tema centrale deve essere il mare e l’autore deve scegliere una delle tre categorie di partecipazione (ambiente marino, professioni marittime, storia e letteratura). Sono accettati cortometraggi video, brevi documentari, video di animazione, video musicali.
Dal 29 aprile 2024 i filmati che risulteranno finalisti saranno invitati alla serata finale di premiazione del Festival che si terrà a La Spezia il 25 maggio 2024 c/o la Mediateca Regionale Ligure “Sergio Fregoso”, in tale sede verranno proiettati i filmati finalisti per ogni categoria e verrà proclamato un vincitore per ciascuna categoria di partecipazione. Tra questi verrà proclamato un vincitore assoluto del Festival. Inoltre quest’anno verranno assegnate anche due menzioni speciali riservate al migliore filmato a tema sociale ed al miglior filmato che parla della Provincia della Spezia.
